I. Incorporation
Terra Energy, incorporated on July 10, 2006 as a private limited company under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and duly registered by SECP, through incorporation certificate July 10, 2006. Terra Energy (Pvt.) Limited is the frontrunner in "storage, filling and distribution/marketing" of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG), a license Marketing Company approved by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Pakistan.

Terra Energy LPG filling facility is situated at 32, K.M. main Ferozpur Road, District Lahore, Province Punjab, Pakistan.

III. Head Office
Terra Energy head office is situated at 259-B, Upper Mall, District Lahore, Province Punjab, Pakistan.

Terra Energy is a young entrepreneurial organization having zero degrees of separation between top-middle, middle-junior, and top-junior management, where the CEO Mr. Farasat Ali Chattha, (an MBA from University of Wales Cardiff) believes in equality & open door policy for all employees. Marketing & Distributions
The reason of Company's success is wide range of distribution/marketing network. The company having a heavy cylinder population (Domestics & Commercials), has divided its distributors in to different zones their by ensuring that they function in close proximity to the consumer, which allows effective distribution of selling LPG throughout Pakistan (in all provinces). Distribution channel is growing very rapidly.

Terra Energy appointed distributors/applicants are required to comply with the following safety requirements at their premises at all time.
Terra enerGy (PVT) Ltd authorized dealer's distributors/applicants premises are required to comply with the following safety requirements:-
- The premises shall not be located in Residential Building
- Basement or building whose floor is below ground level Double/multi storey building
- Building frequently visited by public.
- Building adjoining welding shops, hotels/food stall/tandoors or others premises where open flame is used.
- Construction shall not be of combustible material, such as wood etc
- All electrical wiring should be concealed
- There should be no source of ignition/open flame within the premises (i.e. no cooking, no smoking etc.)
- The premises shall be provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher.
- The Premises shall be well ventilated using air inlets and outlets/ vents, to the outside, at both top and bottom and shall be least 5-ft (1.5-m) from any building opening.
- There shall strictly be no equipment for LPG decanting (filling one cylinder from another cylinder) i.e. pump etc. on the site.
- A sign board clearly mentioning the distributor name and authorization of the respective LPG marketing company along with company logo should be display prominently
- Price list of the respective LPG marketing company should be prominently displayed.
